Today aft sch got traning, but tamil did not come cause he bring th senior to do CIP...then Miss teo incharge...then warm up we only need to run 2 round...SO GOOD! then we did some run here run thr usual....
That aft that 1 senior n 1 junior need to pair up to throwing n catching...thn sonia gt 2 junior w/ her then i take one from her...hahasxD...thn dunno wat happen Jamie, Shuxian n Sharon they all quarrel??

Than aft that we take turn to go over to training Cassandra w/ Yiling
Aft traning we went to mac to eat thn we saw joon ming....
then finish eating, go to the bus-stop to wait for bus thn saw two junior....one of them is Sandy another one forgot leh...thn they ask for our number, we give them thn we take bus home tgt!
